An early part of the history of the Elvenkind will appear in Scourge, if Tor doesn't axe it. Overall, you are correct: the Elves crossed Graythunder Glairyrill heading westward, at a time when their chief deity was Aradhwain the Mare. In the wake of Certain Events, they moved south into a mountain range known as The Teeth Of The Moon and founded Celephrandulias-Tildorangelor. Following its fall, Elvenkind headed westward again, to cross the Mystrals and establish themselves in the Far West. As their numbers increased, elements of their population were pushed eastward again, to colonize the land between the Mystrals and the Bazrahils. Following the Great War (roughly twelve thousand years after Vieliessar's reign), the Elven population was pushed west and south again. Following the Flowering War (this is the one Kellen fought in), the Elves retreat to the east and human settlement expands into many of their former holdings.
As for Celephrandulias-Tildorangelor, you should get a good idea in Scourge of why it has never been recolonized...
