merlinscribeWe at last progress! Not enough to have a publication date, but I have heard rumors that Ye Ed will be sending me an editorial letter soon (ie. within the next six weeks). For the uninitiated, this means they send me a list of changes they want to see made in the manuscript, and I attempt to make them. Hopefully this is the one and only round of revisions, in which case the book will then be added to the publication schedule.
I dare not speculate as to when that publication might occur, but I shall keep you posted.

I was wondering if you could please publish these charts for the fans use? We would really like it. It would help us keep track of the characters whilst reading. It is difficult to remember or keep track of who's who and what house they are and what rank, etc. The only ones I can always remember which images in my head goes with which name is Vieliessar and Thurion.

Yes, that is my editor, and this is the first I've known about this essay, since she didn't let me know about her writing a whole article slamming my names and my worldbuilding at the time she posted it.
Anyway, one of the things over at Merlinscribe_library is a pronunciation list I did for the audiobook folks, I think. I did have a names/minutia chart for the Hundred Houses; I'll try to dig it out and post it. Feel free to bug me if it doesn't happen soon.
